What a worthwhile scheme. I wish you ever success in the area and hope it is being enjoyed by the residents and public. On a seperate note I have recently installed various Water Features with the aid of UK Water Features in my outdoor space and have noticed the same about the plants flourishing. I think it's something to do with the water vapour hanging above the water immediately above it.
