These policies and procedures include:
- Review and update of our current Environmental Policy - to include a system to manage and monitor our activities. In consideration of and taking into account both EMAS the Eco-management and audit scheme and ISO 14001 the International Organisation for Standardisation scheme Disciplinary Procedure - based on the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) model
- Support worker policy - as developed in collaboration with Cumbria CVS in Barrow
- Performance Management - with reference to National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) and the Personnel, Employment Advice and Conciliation Service
