Water seepage - Greengate Street Bridge structure

Water continues to seep through the brickwork on Greengate Street bridge structure - between the railway line and March Street. As the seepage is visibly worse during and after rainfall it is suggested that the source of the water is from the road surface/road drains on Greengate Street, directly above.
