Mental Health Awareness week

Research shows that doing good and helping others is good for your mental health.

As one of the five main ways to manage your well-being, The Mental Health Foundation are asking everyone to get involved by carrying out acts of kindness for strangers throughout this year's Mental Health Awareness Week, which runs from 21 - 27 May.
