Brathay Trust visit

James and Claire from Brathay Trust pay a visit to discuss our involvement during the final week of their Future Footprints programme. The project incorporates outdoor skills, conservation work and employability. They hope this will create a platform from which young people can develop and is ultimately about effecting sustainable lasting change in the young people. The project consists of four residentials at Brathay Trust based at the end of Windermere. Brathay’s residential programmes have helped young people to re-engage with education, have a voice in their community, become peer mentors and young leaders, and for some, move away from criminal activity and engage in positive behaviour.
