Handover process completed

Following a meeting earlier today with members of our management committee and staff from The Well Communities it was acknowledged that the recent handover process can now be considered completed and we can place the maintenance of the site in the hands of The Well Communities.





Staff and volunteers from the Well can begin in earnest their roles as:
(i) gardeners – responsible for ensuring the garden and its facilities are kept well maintained and tidy (ii) as coordinators – responsible for day to day activities.
They will also be on hand when opening the garden 3 days a week from March, details to be posted here shortly.

It was also agreed to end our current mobile number and greenheartden email address which will be phased out over the next couple of weeks. Contact details for new coordinators were confirmed at a recent management committee meeting as email: ged@thewell2.co.uk and mobile: 07922 222 670

Graham will remain a member of the CIC, continue managing our social media accounts and will no doubt be seen regularly pottering about on the garden and among other things; looking after the wildlife area, relaxing,  photographing wildlife, growing his own vegetables and helping where he can.
